Detailed orientation and aptitude testing of young women.
Ongoing counselling related to selected career streams.
General skills training for all career streams such as professional skills, soft skills and life skills.

Organise and attend job fairs/career melas.

Create supportive networks of young women graduates.

Organise exposure visits to relevant companies, along with dedicated sessions by experts and corporate mentors.

Introduce young women graduates as role models, to support mobilisation efforts and reduce drop-out rates.
