CHANGES TO DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
Today, Koos Bekker will notify the Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) regarding the following changes to the shares and voting rights held by a family trust linked to him, due to an on-market disposal of Prosus N.V. ordinary shares N (Prosus shares).
During 17 to 19 December 2025, the family trust sold Prosus ordinary shares N to fund building operations at hospitality venues located in Italy, South Africa and the UK in which the family trust has an interest. The family trust continues to retain 90% of its holding in Prosus shares that it had prior to the disposal noted below. The sales process is now concluded. Set out below are the details:
