Today, Basil Sgourdos will notify the Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) about the following changes to the shares and voting rights held by them due to an on market disposal of Prosus N.V. shares. Basil Sgourdos exercised 27,360 share options and the linked Prosus N.V. share options. These share options related to 27,360 Naspers share options with a base cost of R661.88 per share, awarded on 11 July 2013 and vested on 11 July 2016, 11 July 2017 and 11 July 2018.
