1. Net asset value is split based on economic interest between the Prosus free-float (59%) and the Naspers free-float (41%).
2. LC = local currency, which the share is listed in.
3. Prevailing shares prices as per Bloomberg on 30 September 2021 are used to calculate the market valuation.
4.The estimated market valuation using the latest valuation estimates available at 30 June 2021 derived from the average of sell-side analysts currently covering Prosus for unlisted assets (15 analysts form part of the average).
5. Prosus's interest in Naspers non-Prosus assets (mainly Takealot, Media24 and Cash) is included in Ventures and Other.
6. Cash as of 31 March 2021. Subsequent to 31 March 2021, Prosus disposed of 2% of Tencent yielding US$14.6bn, invested US$3.8bn in M&A including Stack Overflow, Skillsoft, GoodHabitz, BYJU's, Swiggy, Pharmeasy and Oda, among others, returned US$2.9bn to shareholders through share repurchases (completion of the share repurchase of Prosus and Naspers shares started in November 2020 and part of Prosus's commitment to perform share repurchases of up to US$5bn following the recent share exchange transaction) and raised US$2.6bn of bonds.
7. Debt as of 31 March 2021. Subsequent to 31 March 2021, Prosus raised US$4bn of debt of which US$1.4bn was used to settle pre-existing debt.
