What is Prosus Found-HER

The Prosus Found-HER Challenge is a high-impact selection program designed to support women-led technology startups and champion female founders.

By offering equity-free funding, access to Prosus' international network, and the scaling expertise of our program Partners we aim to empower communities of female founders who are reshaping the technology landscape around the world. The Prosus Found-HER Challenge has already supported nearly 1,300 women founders across India and Africa, and the program was recently expanded to Europe.

Entry criteria

Tech-enabled start-ups

Businesses that harness technology as a fundamental driver of innovation, scalability, and efficiency across diverse industries.

At least one female founder

The startup must have at least one woman in a founding or co-founding role, ensuring female leadership at the decision-making level.

Pre-Series A to Series B

Open to startups that have progressed beyond the early idea stage, showing market validation and growth potential but are not yet at late-stage funding.

Revenue generating

Startups must have an active business model with proven revenue streams, demonstrating market demand and financial viability.
