What is FoundHER Türkiye?

In Türkiye, women make up only 18% of all entrepreneurs (TÜİK, 2025). The gap is even wider in high-growth technology: only 22% of startups founded in 2025 had at least one woman founder, and just one in four investments went to a startup with a woman founder. Prosus with the support of Endeavor Türkiye & iyzico, are bringing the FoundHER program to Türkiye to change that picture.

The Prosus FoundHER program is a high-impact selection program built to support women-led technology and tech-enabled startups. To date it has reached nearly 1,300 women founders across India, Africa and Romania. Winners receive an equity-free prize, access to Prosus' global network, and the scaling expertise of Endeavor Türkiye.

Through the program, we aim to strengthen the communities of women founders who are reshaping technology.

The process

Submit your application by 16 October 2026 and take the first step toward an equity-free prize. We are looking for tech-enabled, scalable startups with at least one woman founder.

Screening

Our jury of investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners reviews every application closely. Startups are assessed on innovation, market potential, scalability, and impact.

The final pitch

The shortlisted startups pitch live before a select panel of investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. The event gives founders high visibility and direct access to key stakeholders.

Selected startups win equity-free prizes to accelerate their growth.

About the partners

Endeavor Türkiye is the local office of Endeavor Global, a nonprofit that helps high-impact entrepreneurs scale by connecting them with mentorship, capital, and a worldwide network.

iyzico is a leading Turkish fintech, founded in 2013 and part of the PayU (Prosus) group, providing secure online payment infrastructure to tens of thousands of merchants and marketplaces across Türkiye.
