American Depository Receipt programme
Prosus has a Level 1 American Depository Receipt programme. This programme does not create new capital in the US but provides us with an opportunity to develop and expand our US shareholder base.
Level 1 American Depository Receipts programmes are traded in the USA on an over-the-counter basis. International investors are able to buy and sell Prosus securities either through the Level 1 American Depository Receipts programme over-the-counter market, Euronext Amsterdam or the JSE Limited.
